An experienced Business Entrepreneur, Jane started her own Learning and Development Company in 1991 after working as a Human Resource and Training Executive with Allied Stores out of New York City and Specialty Retailer’s out of Houston, TX. She traveled throughout the US and Canada working with Fortune 500 Executives and their companies on Negotiating Skills, Talent Management, Team Building, Leadership, and Selling Skills for 15 years. She had a rewarding career working collaboratively with Eagle’s Flight, Inc. out of Toronto for 14 years.
In 2005 she joined her husband, Al, in Real Estate and since has been an active REALTOR with Realty Executives, as well as, operating Compass Consulting Team and delivering their Purple Cow Innovation Workshop. She is a published, certified Feng Shui Practitioner and consults with clients on the use of staging principles and Western Feng Shui techniques when marketing their homes for sale. She is a Re-location specialist and is continuously educating herself on the changing Short Sale and Foreclosure Market.
Providing current, factual, and accurate information to her clients in a concise, understandable way is important to her. She does not take the role of Trusted Advisor lightly and does everything she can to provide the most “remarkable”, up to date service to her clients. She understands buying and selling a home or investment property carries with it a wide range of emotions. She prides herself on keeping her clients best interests at heart, being a great listener, and keeping the communication open and frequent. Her goal is to facilitate a smooth and easy transaction and transition for her clients. Being a PURPLE COW requires a “remarkable” attitude and “remarkable” service!
She is a Business Graduate from Arizona State University. She currently resides in Chandler, AZ . She and her husband, Al, love to golf, entertain, relax and hike in Sedona, and spoil their 2 Schnauzers, Sparky & Wally. A consummate Sales Professional and Consumer Advocate, Al was recruited by IBM right out of college. A graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Marketing, he held many leadership positions and became a positive force in his fraternity at an early age. After a rewarding career with IBM, he accepted other responsible positions with Amdahl, Legent, and EMC. In 2004 he started his Real Estate career with Realty Executives and immersed himself in becoming one of the best REALTORS of this decade, achieving the 2007 Diamond Status Award for Sales volume.
He prides himself on his ability to change, be flexible, and adapt to the market. He has vast knowledge in the area of Rich Dad, Poor Dad principles and hosted numerous Cashflow meetings and seminars helping clients experience the principles and concepts behind Robert Kiyosaki’s books. In 2008 he and his wife started a company to deliver training and practical skills to the Real Estate Industry in the area of negotiating, communication, sales, and problem solving. This company evolved into a full fledged learning and development company, called Compass Consulting Team. They embraced the Purple Cow concepts from Seth Godin’s bestselling book, Purple Cow and now deliver the only Purple Cow Innovation Workshop in the nation.
In 2009, Al ignited Phoenix with the PINKEDIN Parties for job seekers, and started the “Purple COWch with Jane and Al” internet radio show; showcasing small, medium, and large organizations that are providing remarkable products , services, and processes across the US and abroad.
Al thinks BIG, he embraces BIG ideas and has a BIG heart. He loves a great joke, has an infectious attitude, and always keeps the customer top of mind. His motto has always been, “If you don’t take care of the customer, someone else will.” Being a Realty Executive trusted advisor is an honor and a responsibility he takes seriously.
